Phase 1: Impromi Introduction

The entry point for experienced coaches to test the Impromi method and spark their intuitive edge, in a high-energy, low-stakes environment.

In 90 minutes you’ll walk away with immediate tools for your next coaching session. It’s fast, fun, and designed to leave you inspired.

Completing the Introduction is required before joining the 4-part Foundation Series.

Phase 2: Impromi Foundation

The deep-dive laboratory for mastering the state of Improv-Agile presence and bridging responsiveness gaps.

After completing the Introduction, you're ready for our 4-part, 8-hour Foundation series.

Phase 3: Impromi Playground

We are building an exclusive, drop-in space for graduates of our Intro and Foundation workshops.

Think of it as a gym where you can play, experiment with new coaching interventions, and stay sharp alongside a community of like-minded practitioners.

The challenge every experienced coach knows

Even for the most seasoned practitioners, there are moments where the sheer complexity, unfamiliarity, or unpredictability of the moment outpaces our habitual responses.

It’s that split second where, despite your expertise, you freeze or reach for what you planned to say rather than responding with full presence to what's actually happening in front of you. You just had a "responsiveness gap".

We don't teach you how to coach. We train the responsiveness that makes your existing expertise work in any moment. Through improvisation-based practice, you'll build the agility to stay grounded and available no matter what emerges.

A 5-minute calibration of your current real-time responsiveness
